Well, every product has its own battery time. On average our scooters ride time will be between 6.5h – 12.5h. That’s about 48km range.

All of our scooters have an industry weight limit of 150kg.

Please note that scooters are waterproof, but we do not recommend riding them in rain or over deep puddles for safety reasons.

Electric scooters are very safe indeed, as long as the user is using it properly and appropriately. We advise wearing a helmet and knee pads if possible.

Currently all private electric scooters are not permitted to be used on any public roads, paths or parks, otherwise stated. Scooters can only be used on private land.

Almost all of our orders are shipped within 3-7 days, subject to stock. Your order will take up to three working days to be delivered. In order to obtain a full refund, you’ll need to inform us you’d like to return your items within 30 days of receiving them, and they’ll need to be in an as new condition. ExiRide defines “as new condition” as unridden, with all parts, manuals and accessories included in the original box and packaging.
