ExiRide Ltd Aftersales Policy
Receive package during shipping:
1. Buyer must check and confirm the package condition. If the package is damaged or wet, take
photos or videos first, open the box at once to check scooter condition. If there is broken part or
customer can not turn on the scooter, please reject the package immediately and ask courier for
claim or customers can send us photos or videos, we will contact shipping company for claims.
2. If the package is in good condition and customer signs, this shipment is acceptable. Any
broken conditions caused by shipping will be not our responsibility.
Check hardware – Turn on the scooter and fully check step by step as below for reference:
1. Charge the scooter for 6-8 hours to make sure the battery has full electricity, normally when
charger’s light turns green, the charging is finished.
2. Fully check the scooter performance including: fold and unfold the scooter, braking condition,
lighting condition(front light, brake light, turn signal light, etc), speaker sound condition, alarm
performance, wheel condition, etc.
If there is technical problems after you do checking as above:
1. Take photos or videos to describe the problems, we will help you with maintenance
instructions. 2. Keep the whole package including box, fixed fillings, user manual, tools, spare parts, etc as original packing in 15 days if you need to return. The impact of the second product is not a return
policy areas.
For non-human damage and failure, provide After-sales service in accordance with
the following terms:
1. Main parts
The warranty period of battery, controller, motor is 12 months. Free accessories are available. Note:
Be sure that motor has no crush, human damage, water intake, repair on your own. Be sure that the controller is without water intake, crush, improper operation to cause current overload. Be sure that the battery house is without water intake, pedal or bottom pad is not broken, battery is charged with compatible charger.
2. Minor parts
Warranty period is 6 months. Free accessories are available. Meanwhile, we will assist with videos, pictures to show how to maintain by themselves in advance like Folder, Brake, Suspension Shock absorber, Tire, Charger, Lights, Display, etc.
3. Wear parts Hook, tire, brake pad, Kickstand, screws, nuts, etc, not included in after sales service. Accessories will be provided and charged accordingly.
4. Other condition
Stem and frame is broken apart because of quality issue, we supply full refund or exchange
service. Not including crush or wrong operation like crushing into hard objects, etc.
Warranty is not apply to following conditions:
1. The user is not in accordance with the provisions of User Manual to use, maintain and adjust
which cause the failure.
2. The users modify, repair the product by themselves to cause the damage, don’t comply with
the provisions to lead to the failure.
3. The users storage it improperly or accident occurs to cause the failure.
4. The users do not have the warranty card.
5. Appearance damage after using.
6. The damage caused by riding in the rain or in the water and soaked
